No prior refrigeration, tools, or engineering maths experience is required for Course 1. It is built from the ground up for apprentices, FM helpdesk operators, store maintenance staff, and complete beginners. (Hands-on work on pressurised or live electrical equipment is strictly for qualified engineers.)

How do the quizzes and 75% pass mark work?

Each quiz draws 4 random multiple-choice questions from a 12-question bank (36 questions in Course 1; 60 questions across 5 quiz banks in Course 2). You need 3 out of 4 (75%) to pass, and you get unlimited retakes with fresh questions on every attempt.

Is my pre-quiz form information shared with my employer?

Never. Before each quiz, we ask for your Name, Company, Experience Level (Beginner, Intermediate, Senior), and Country. This information is strictly confidential and collected purely for internal RDA analytics so we can tailor our courses to our participants.
